What is CrossFit?

Our goal is overall fitness focusing on core strength and conditioning. Our classes are Constantly Varied Functional Movements preformed at High Intensity.

Constantly Varied: Exercises that vary in time, load and movement
High Intensity: Dependent on your limitations and motivation
Functional Movement: Natural and essential
(Ex. Squatting-essential for standing from a chair & maintaining independence).
Fitness: Skills to become generally physically prepared and optimize physical competency within the 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
